– CLI Cohorts –

Commissioning a Lifestyle of Integrity believes that a sustainable movement of integrity can be created in every nation.

A national movement grows one person at a time.
ONE PERSON CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

Experience reveals that a person of integrity seldom succeeds alone. The quest for integrity requires the empowerment of a community.

PEOPLE OF INTEGRITY BENEFIT FROM A COMMUNITY

Most often a personal resolution to live a lifestyle of integrity will fail, without the help of others. People of integrity benefit from a community that lifts them up, builds them up and keeps them from falling. We function better together.

HELP COMES THROUGH SMALL GROUPS

CLI is committed to assisting every participant in becoming a Person of Integrity. We do so in a variety of ways, but the most significant help comes through small groups we call “cohorts”.

A cohort is a group of people who come together for the purpose of growing in community, learning from each other, and developing integrity through accountability.

The cohort functions as your team, your support, and your coach.

By contributing in a cohort, participants quickly discover the empowering influence and value of their group. The cohort moves the individual from information to life application and character transformation. Nothing can diminish personal responsibility for choices and lifestyle, but a cohort experience, together with the CLI Manual, inspires personal decisions.

And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others.

Kenya Cohorts Graduation, Training & Re-Launch 2019

Bill Pipke - co-founder of CLI (Commissioning a Lifestyle of Integrity) came to Kenya in October to spear head the graduation Ceremony, introductory Training & Launch of CLI Cohorts for the year 2019. This was held at CITAM Valley Road. In attendance was the country chairman Bishop Boniface Adoyo. (In 2018, Don Mann and Bill Pipke started the first cohort of 10 in Nairobi at CITAM Valley Road. Out of the 10 people, 6 bought the idea and took it upon themselves to fight corruption in Kenya by raising a movement of Kenyans who will choose a lifestyle of integrity. In 2019, the six together under the leadership of our country chairman Bishop Boniface Adoyo raised 34 members who went through the training and became trainers themselves. These were from the education sector, family, business, government, professionals, Church and sports. They graduated in October 2019.)
